Her smokey eyes with glossy natural lips can flatter anyone who see her. By coordinating look of soft pink, gold, and brown to achieve her look.
The very first thing to do before applying your make-up like her is make sure that you have a clean face, exfoliated and moisturized. And next with your concealer, cover all the areas that need coverage, try to apply your foundation and set it with powder.

I know a lot of people don’t like using blush, but this stage is very important. And make sure that you choose a nice pinky shade. By applying blush on your cheekbone in light layers will make you achieve a healthy glow.
For your eyes, you can apply a pearly gold shade on your lid, and with a slightly lighter tone apply only to the brow bone and blend it. Use a dark brown eye liner, line the top part of your lashes, take a q-tip, blend the eye liner will create a nice smokey finish.
Next, give aline to the the bottom and top lashes with a thin line of black eyeliner. Put tons of mascara and individual false eye lashes will make a more dramatic look to your make up style. Don’t forget to define your eye brows.

And on your lips, use a light pink lipstick and apply one coat, and top with lots of gloss.

There are several medical hair loss treatments available for hair loss restoration. Most of the hair transplant surgeons recommend that one should always try medical hair restoration before one decides to undergo hair restoration surgery.
In fact, continued medical treatment well before the surgery often results in a better growth for the hair transplants. Similarly, medical hair treatment after the surgery always provides superior benefits from the hair transplant procedures.

But when you are preparing for the hair transplant surgery there are some precautions with medical hair restoration which are to be observed so that you don’t have any adverse effect due the hair loss medications.

Medical hair restoration with Rogaine

Minoxidil sold with the brand name Rogaine, is not able to grow hair on completely bald scalp; but is able to retard hair loss and stabilize it by slowing down the miniaturization process. Medical hair loss treatment with Rogaine is a widely accepted treatment that is even recommended by the FDA both as a hair loss treatment for men and a hair loss treatment for woman. Minnoxidil acts by prolonging the growth phase of the hair. But for medical treatment with minoxidil to be fully effective requires prolonged use. It may take a long time, around 6 to 12 months, to predict a noticeable improvement in hair growth. Within 2 to 3 months of discontinuing the medication, the increase in terminal hair density and growth resulting from the use of medicine can suddenly vanish.

Another drawback of Rogaine is that while it is effective in the crown or top of the head, it is much less effective in the frontal area, so overall it is not as effective as a balding solution for men for whom the front of the scalp and the hairline are the important areas for hair loss restoration.

Rogaine, especially is the drug of choice for the female hair loss treatment where the hair loss is often characterized by diffuse thinning. The prolonged use of the drug is sometimes able to bring about the complete reversal of thinning, seen even after stopping the drug, but in men, stopping the medication results in complete reversal of the benefits.

Medical hair restoration (Rogaine) as a combination treatment

Some hair restoration surgeons highly recommend the use of Rogaine before and then immediately after the hair transplant surgery especially when the grafts have been placed in and around existing hair. The idea behind the combining the medical hair restoration and surgical hair restoration is to help prevent the temporary loss of healthy, preexisting hair due to the shock of the hair restoration surgery procedure.

The use of topical minoxidil both before and after hair restoration surgery is often recommended for patients undergoing hair transplant procedures as it has been seen that Minoxidil reduces hair shedding due to transplant trauma and shortens recovery from surgery.

Precaution before the hair transplant surgery

Most of the surgeons do feel that the medical hair restoration treatment with minoxidil should be stopped prior to the surgery to minimize skin irritation and the risk of dilation of the blood vessels, whihc might result in increased bleeding. The treatment of patients with 2% topical minoxidil is generally stopped 4 weeks before surgery.

The effectiveness of application of topical minoxidil prior to hair restoration surgery is also well documented. It was seen that hair loss due to telogen effluvium observed 2-4 weeks after surgery was more pronounced in placebo-treated patients (52%) as compared to minoxidil-treated patients (22 %).

Precaution after the hair transplant surgery

It is not advised to use minoxidil on the transplanted areas immediately after surgery until the incisions have been allowed to heal. Most surgeons prefer to start the use of topical minoxidil at least a week or so after the hair transplant surgery. This allows time for the epithelium to heal and minimizes the potential for theoretical damage to the transplanted grafts from propylene glycol based minoxidil. However, the use of special glycerin based minoxidil solutions can take care this potential problem and can help to get a better growth after the surgery.

Where minoxidil is used before surgery, it is stopped until up to 3 weeks after the surgery, and then again started and continued. It has been observed that around 70% of grafts grew into hair when minoxidil was continued; otherwise most of the hair transplants are usually shed after 2-4 weeks of transplantation. There are several reports available on medical trials that suggest that topical minoxidil is a useful adjunct after hair transplantation.

The reported benefits of regular topical minoxidil administration following hair transplant surgery include:
· An increase in the number of anagen hairs
· Promotion of hair growth in the transplanted grafts and surrounding areas
· Reduction of post-surgical shock and telogen effluvium

Medical hair treatment with Finasteride

Many hair transplant surgeons find Propecia (finasteride) to act as an excellent adjunct to the surgical hair restoration. There are several benefits to this kind of combination therapy. As the Medical hair restoration with Propecia brings about a hair re-growth in the crown area, it has a complementary action; it allows the surgeon to have more donor hair to be available for frontal hair transplant and design the hairline at his own will. Since finasteride has no effect in the frontal area of the scalp, it does not have any interference male hair loss treatment with surgical hair restoration which is generally done in the hair line and frontal area.

If you are experiencing pattern baldness, it makes the best sense to use medical treatment in conjunction with your hair transplantation surgery you are sure to have your hair transplants grow well, but keep in mind that non-transplanted hairs will continue to fall.

Medical hairloss treatment also helps to have surrounding hairs on your head while the transplants grow and so will allow you to have even more hair on your scalp.

They talk of healthy cosmetic parties to encourage consumers to toss questionable products as they are working to learn what ingredients can potentially cause cancer, birth defects and reproductive harm.

“It’s unfortunate that they’ve gotten inaccurate misinformation and are concerned about perfectly safe products, my fear is that this is something where they are being exposed to misinformation, speculation and scare tactics and that is causing them to react in a way that isn’t in their best interest health-wise or to their pocketbooks” said Gerald McEwen, vice president of science for the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association, which represents roughly 600 companies.

University of Puerto Rico in San Juan linked phthalates to early puberty in girls. Harvard University researchers found in 2002 and 2003 that the chemicals can decrease sperm counts in men. And experts with several environmental groups say phthalates disrupt hormone function and may contribute to rising cases of uterine problems in women, testicular cancer in men and infertility in both sexes.

Several cosmetic industry giants, including L’Oreal, Revlon and Avon, have eliminated the toxic chemicals from their products. Avon spokesperson Victor Beaudet said the company’s decision was made “to allay public concern, not a safety concern,” contending that phthalates are not dangerous.
Body Shop International, Urban Decay Cosmetics and Aveda Corporation do not use phthalates.

Models who have been airbrushed and you think if you use the product it will make you look like that, but really it could cause cancer and teens are going to be using chemicals for decades without no clue about the chemicals they are putting into themselves
But Sasha Hoffman, a 17-year-old member of the Marin group and the reigning Miss India America Teen, will raise the issue when she competes in April for the Miss India World title. Hoffman, who has been modeling since she was 5 and entering pageants since age 14, admits to the power of makeup in winning the crowns, but not without worry.

“It’s a lot of makeup to pack on,” she said. “I’m constantly wearing way too much makeup, but you get paid to do it so we have to. I try not to wear any makeup in my spare time to let my face recover.”

Pastel blues to a brilliant reds, are colors that sure to be in your wardrobe for this season. But sometimes women have something on their head, whether or not to match with their clothes.
You might be tempted to reach for blue eyeliner when wearing a turquoise blouse with resist.

Now let’s take more closer to these clue below on how to match your makeup with your outfit

Clothing Color: Pastel The right idea, says Marilyn Young, a celebrity makeup artist who’s worked with Ashley Judd, is to add some bright color to your makeup look, particularly your lips, to offset your outfit and avoid looking too washed out.

Great to try: Golden shadow, such as Estee Lauder Pure Color Eye Shadow duo in Moondust ($30), paired with a pink lip gloss, such as Guerlain Terracotta Gloss and Shine in Terre Indienne ($20).

Clothing Color: Dark Classic dark colors, such as purple and navy, are easy to complement by choosing warm-toned cosmetics that finish off your fashion statement. For extra glamour, pick a reddish orange gloss (excellent with navy) or a sheer plum lipstick (tops for purple clothes).

Great to try: A dusty rose blush (such as Bobbi Brown blush in Desert Rose, $19) and eye shadow with a hint of reddish brown (we like Lancome Colour Focus Quad in 4Romance, $37). For extra drama, add bluish-pink lipstick (such as Guerlain Divinora Color and Shine SPF 12 in No. 275, $22).

Clothing Color: Bright Look for natural makeup shades. Sheer lip color and an apricot-toned blush will accentuate your features, but not compete with the vibrant colors of your clothes, advises Naieem Abdool, makeup artist and founder of Paint Cosmetiques.

Great to try: Two of our favorites: Shu Uemura blush in Bird of Paradise ($25) and Dior Addict Ultra-Shine in Shiniest Raspberry ($23).

Too many reasons why women lose hair, an illness, stress, diet, pregnancy and many other aspects involved on causing women’s hair loss.

Post-Natal Hair Loss
Post-Natal have a wonderful effect on a women’s hair. It is shinier, more manageable, more abundant, with less greasy. Also, there are less scalp problems.
This hair improvement is because of the increase in female sex hormones, mainlyestrogenn at pregnancy time. But after the baby is born, due to these hormones falling back to the normal level, there is often a great loss of hair.

This Post-natal hair loss affects approximately 40% of all women with children and it can be very upsetting and frightening experience. Often because you don’t know what exactly causing the problem and when it will stop, and even, in some cases, if it will stop. The excessive hair loss usually lasts between 3 to 6 months and stops as suddenly as it started, and in time all the hair will be replaced.

Stress and Hair Loss
Women stress related hair loss is an increasingly common problem with a growing number of women in stressful jobs suffer from thinning hair. High stress levels associated with a fast moving lifestyle can have a truly dramatic effect upon hair. Considerable stress can also be placed on a mother by the often formidable demands of her family.
Many parts of the body can suffer the effects of stress, but it shows very quickly in the hair because the life cycle of the hair is interrupted as it will cause the hair fall out prematurely.
In most cases, this type of hair loss is temporary and the hair which is lost will be replaced. The problem is, however, by the time one particular hair is replaced another two have fallen out, so the overall effect can be significant thinning of the hair.

Common Female Hair Loss
The effects oandrogenns restrict the growth of the hair which results in a characteristic thinning on the front and top of the scalp. The hairs become finer and do not grow as long as they should, and the scalp eventually becomes a little more visible.

Alopecia Areata (hair loss in patches)
Alopecia areata is another hair loss problem often associated with stress. The symptoms are a sudden increase in hair fall and the appearance of round or oval patches of baldness which are smooth to the touch. These patches may be singular or multiple in number with short broken hairs around the patches.

Although this problem can occur at any age, it is most common between ten and thirty-five years and affects women and men equally. This condition can be very distressing, but it is important to remember that the empty hair follicles are always only ever dormant, and not dead. So they remain capable of producing hair when the person’s health is improved or the right trigger is found.

We all know that professional hair-care products are best, but what happens if you can’t find something that you like or can afford in professional product lines? Are there any products that you can purchase from the department store that will not cause too much damage? You bet there is, but you have to be choosy and have an eye for detail.

When it comes to over-the-counter hair care products, pricy does not always equal high-quality. In fact, the most inexpensive shampoos are often your best bet.

We’ve all seen those commercials that claim that a certain shampoo can make your hair shiny, thick and strong from within, but the reality is that there is no shampoo that you can put on the outside of your hair to change its internal structure. Shampoos and conditioners merely mask the problem until your next shampoo.

Knowing this, some hair care manufacturers have started using ingredients that coat the hair strand and remain even after you shampoo the next time. To the consumer, it seems like the product is working because their hair feels so much better. But what they are really feeling is the build up of these materials, and extreme build up is responsible for hair breakage, spotty color jobs, inability of hair to hold curl and a host of other problems.

This problem involving product build up is your number one concern when purchasing non-professional products. Granted, you might not be able to get a product that conditions as well as a professional product, but you’re not going to do any damage to your hair if you use the non-professional product. So, that means that you must keep your eye out for products that can build up on your hair and avoid them at all costs.

Avoiding hairsprays and gels that build up on your hair is fairly easy. You can almost tell that something is horribly wrong the first time you shampoo your hair after using the product. The tale, tale white gunk and flakes tell you so. But when it comes to spotting build up caused by shampoo and conditioners, the signs are not as obvious. The first thing that you should watch out for is the feeling that your hair has already been conditioned after you shampoo it. Most of the time, you will be able to feel a coating on your hair when your hair should be squeaky clean. You can also check for product build up by running the sharp edge of a pair of scissors down a section of hair. If a white gunk appears on the scissor blade, that’s build up.

Fortunately, most of the products that can build up on your hair are the more expensive products. These are the products that claim to work miracles and make your hair strong enough to be used as a tow cable. So, if in doubt, stick with the tried and true hair care products that contain only the essential ingredients.

Have you had to take off your makeup some time because make a mistake that ruins all of your effort? It happens to all of us.
Here you can find common mistakes and the best tips to quickly fix your makeup products without having to take it off.

Putting Too Much Blush
If you put too much blush, try to stroke your cheek with a thick, loose powder bush, with a completely clean brush. If the blush still too much on, apply translucent or clear powder with the same brush, just over the blush.
With that, the two powders should mix and clarifying the original color.

Eyeshadow Looks Too Dark
Too much eyeshadow, or it looks too dark, try these following steps:

1. For your upper eyelid, use a clean brush to reduce the color and blur the eyeshadow toward the edges. But if it still too dark, a little bit of matte cream eyeshadow with a brush can be used. And if you don’t have cream eyeshadow, use blur the eyeshadow and translucent powder.

2. For the lower part of your eye, blur it with a fine and clean brush, or pat it softly with a Q-tip.

3. If as you were blurring, left the contour of the eyelid and the shadow looks very dark then use a clean sponge and afterwards apply a little bit of foundation to blur it, patting lightly to fix the foundation.

Too Much Makeup on Eyebrows.
Too much makeup on our eyebrows will me us look harsh and even can’t recognize ourselves. Try to brush the eyebrow with a clean Q-tip with going against the grain of your eyebrow. You will see how quickly the color you initially applied disappears.

Too Much Foundation
To to take off any excess foundation, moisten lightly a clean sponge with water, the sponge must almost dry and without any makeup residue, and sponge all of your face with downward movements.

Mascara Smeared on Eyelid
For this problem, just continue applying the makeup and when you have finished, let the mascara to dry and apply a Q-tip right over the smudge. You will not have to remove the makeup from your whole eye as it will quickly disappears.

For red highlights or to enhance red hair: Mix ½ cup of beet juice with ½ cup of carrot juice. Blend together, pour on damp hair, and let sit for one hour before washing out. If you spend that hour sitting in direct sunlight, the effects will be even more dramatic.

For blonde highlights: Mix 1 cup of lemon juice with 3 cups of chamomile tea that has been brewed, cooled, and strained. Pour over damp hair and let sit for one hour - again sunlight will enhance the properties of the color. Wash out and follow with a conditioner. For significant blonde color use daily for up to three weeks.

For brunette hair: Prepare strong black coffee or tea. After washing hair, pour the mixture through hair 15 times, re-rinsing using the same liquid. ( You can do this by placing a large pasta or soup pot in the sink to catch the rinse, then pour into a large jar for the next rinse). On the final rinse through, leave on hair for 15 minutes, then rinse with clear water.

Hair is a striking feature of human body. Hair loss, especially by female/male pattern baldness is matter of great concern. Pattern baldness is particularly is very troubling condition. In this type of baldness the hair is regularly lost at both the temples and at top of the skull. At last the person is left with a horseshoe pattern in the head.
Male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia) is the chief devil that causes hair loss. With age one suffers from this disorder by acquiring the genetic predisposition and presence of male hormones.
Contrary to the common perception, hereditary baldness is not a must in each generation. However, if one’s father is completely bald and one loses hair at an early stage, then he is said to be in male pattern baldness due to alopecia and 95% of complete baldness occurs by alopecia.

Excess amount of male hormone also causes hair loss. Besides, stress, improper nutrition and pollution together accelerate the baldness. One under stress will loss hair at double the speed of a normal human.
Taking dietary supplement and/or external application of cosmetics is fruitless to stop baldness. Fortunately, there are several baldness solutions, the most popular ones being hair transplantation surgery, scalp reduction surgery and scalp flap surgery.

There is no such thing as true hair transplant. Surgeons replace the bald area from some other hair-healthy area of the head. Hence, the name hair replacement transplant. Hair transplant works when there is enough donor hairs. Victims of female/male pattern balding are the best candidates for hair transplant. If you still have hair growing anywhere around the scalp flaps hair transplantation can be easy and effective.

Scalp reduction surgery is a popular balding solution to cure the baldness caused by flaking scalps. It can be done in conjunction with hair transplants and involves surgically removing of a portion of the balding area, which causes the bald spot to be smaller. This means that there are fewer areas to graft to the head during a hair transplant.

Scalp flap is an invasive procedure that involves surgically removing a portion of healthy scalp and hair from the back or sides of the head and transplanting it on the bald areas. This creates a new hairline for the males who suffer from male pattern baldness. Scalp flaps are usually performed on patients who have complete balding in the front area of the scalp. Those candidates whose hair is just beginning to thin or is thinning in patches in random areas spanning the head may want to choose a different type of treatment.

To select a wig that would be something like indistinguishable from real human hair and become your favorite fashion accessory, you need to know a few insider tips of doing a fashion wigs.
You must never fear or worried that a wig will not look natural on your head. Properly made wig or even the quality synthetic varieties can look totally realistic.

Wigs can be synthetic or made from real human hair, synthetic wigs usually cheaper and the very cheap ones you can find online don’t look real enough. Other high quality synthetic wigs like Revlon, Paula Young or Raquel Welch wigs will look very real. Synthetic wigs also easier to care for, as you don’t need to restyle them every time it’s being washed.

Human hair wigs are much more expensive because real human hair is in limited supply; typically they several hundred dollars. Human hair wigs look and feel very natural. However, it is important to know that the quality of your wig depends on the origin of the hair used. The cheapest hair comes from Asian countries, but their texture is different from the hair of European women. The best human hair wigs are made from European hair but, unfortunately, they cost a small fortune.

You can get ¾ wigs as well as full wigs. A full wig covers your entire head, so none of your own hair is visible. This type of wig is great when you want to try a color different from your own.
A ¾ wig is clipped to the top of your head. Because your original hairline is visible, the wig looks very natural. Also, your head doesn’t get ”toasted” under a wig cap. On the downside, though, three quarter wigs have to match your hair color very closely, otherwise it won’t look convincing. It is best not to buy this type of wig online because the colors on the color charts are usually not very accurate.

A very interesting style of wig is the headband wig, a full wig with a headband attached to its front. It is especially useful if you are always in a hurry, because the headband ensures that none of your own hair is visible. This style is recommended if your natural hair is a dramatically different color from the wig.

Wigs come in all shapes and styles - from very short to 30 inches long, in straight, curly, wavy, braided, layered, spiky or “the wet look”. It is important that you look at many styles before you decide which one your heart desires.

It is a good idea to have your wigs customized, too. If you can find a hair salon that can trim your wig to make it fit your face shape, go for it. Customizing a wig isn’t cheap, of course, but it will make your new wig look more realistic and suitable for your face.
If you feel like a change, get yourself a wig. It is amazing, how much having a different hairstyle can transform a person. And for a woman it is always important to vary her image and look fresh.

Bromelain is one of several compounds known as proteolytic enzymes, all of which aid in the digestion of protein. Bromelain supplements are now included in some of the natural hair care products. The plant enzyme bromelain has yet to get the hair care product recommendations. But there is more to bromelain than hair care.

The natural plant enzyme bromelain obtained from the pineapple is known to provide a number of health benefits as discussed below.

Bromelain Research
By 1891, researchers identified the proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which they found in the fleshy part of the fruit. This enzyme was discovered to break down protein, and as such, is still used to day as a natural meat tenderizer and digestive aid. By 1957, bromelain was widely recognized and research also began into such areas as muscle and tissue inflammation, burn recovery, infection, and even sinus problems.

The most recognized use for bromelain is as a digestive aid. This enzyme is commonly used in cases in which an individual’s own digestive enzymes are deficient, frequently resulting from pancreatic disorders. In such cases, bromelain supplements can relieve gastrointestinal symptoms including bloating, gas, pain and cramps from indigestion and diarrhea. Studies show that proteolytic enzymes like bromelain may also indirectly relive food allergies thought to occur from a condition called leaky gut, in which whole protein molecules from foods leak into the blood causing an allergic or immune response. Bromelain?€?s digestive properties are particularly enhanced when used along side other enzymes such as amylase that digests starch and
lipase, necessary for fat digestion. Some laboratory studies suggest that bromelain may also be useful for reducing bad intestinal bacteria.

Bromelain is so effective at digesting protein that workers who frequently cut the fruit often lose their fingerprints to the active properties of the enzyme. As well as this fruit’s amazing digestive qualities, it is also an excellent source of vitamins A and vitamin C, a benefit the Spaniards took advantage of on their many extended trips out to sea.

The fibrous nature of pineapple however, is also known to relieve constipation, as well ancient cultures frequently used pineapples to cure jaundice and kill intestinal parasites. Ripe pineapple juice is well known as a remedy to induce menstruation and relieve painful periods. Bromelain?€?s photolytic properties also make this enzyme a natural blood thinner. The digestive substance in the enzyme breaks down the blood clotting protein called fibrin, which inhibits circulation and prevents tissues from effectively draining.

European studies have consistently shown that bromelain is also an excellent treatment for those recovering from sports injuries and in tissue repair necessary after surgery.

Evidence suggests that some supplemental enzymes in particular can be absorbed directly into the circulatory system in their active form where they then exhibit anti-inflammatory and pain relieving actions.

Bromelain has proven especially effective when applied directly to the skin to remove dead tissue resulting from severe burns that have reached all skin layers.
These third-degree burns as they are known, are extremely susceptible to infection and swelling. The digestive properties of the bromelain cleanse the areas and remove the excess dead tissue and as well, its anti-inflammatory properties may help to reduce the pain caused by swelling. Countries such as Japan and Taiwan and in the state of Hawaii where pineapples are abundant, widely recognize bromelain as a remedy to cleanse wounds. Another interesting use for bromelain may be as a cough suppressant and nasal decongestant.

Commercial Bromelain: Dosage
Commercial bromelain products for treating number of human and animal disorders are now available in the market.Health professionals suggest that while choosing a commercial a bromelain product, choose the enzyme supplement that uses a variety of other enzymes. It is best to blend enzymes with activity units at various pH levels to assure maximum effectiveness.

According to experts, in most cases, bromelain should only be taken for between 8 and 10 days. There are two recognized drug reactions with bromelain. This enzyme is said to enhance antibiotics. One study shows that amoxicillin blood levels are increased when combined with bromelain. Additional studies show that the antibiotic tetracycline is better absorbed when used in conjunction with bromelain, however researchers say that further investigation is still necessary since studies in this area are conflicting.

If you are taking the herbs gingko, ginger, vitamin C or garlic or medications such as aspirin or warfarin, a common blood thinner, bromelain could potentially increase the risk of bleeding. It is therefore best to avoid this enzyme. In any case, if you are taking any type of prescription medication, it is always best to speak with a health professional prior to adding any herbs or supplements since interactions are often common.

If you’ve always wanted strong, attractive nails, but yours seem hopelessly soft and flimsy, consider taking a biotin supplement. Biotin, which is found in most multivitamin supplements, is a dietary supplement whose primary role is in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

It’s major benefit, however, is in the strengthening of hai and nails, according to SupplementWatch, Inc., a corporation consisting of scientists, physiologists, nutritionists and other health professionals dedicated to educating people about the pros and cons of dietary supplementation. Although typical biotin dose recommendations are in the range of 30 to 100 micrograms daily, for nail and hair strength, daily intakes of one to three milligrams are suggested based on clinical trials.
Like other water-soluble B vitamins, excess biotin is excreted in the urine, so it’s considered quite safe. Biotin has been found to be especially beneficial for hair and nails when taken in conjunction with other nutrients including gelatin, cysteine and silicon. Be sure to check with your doctor first if you have any questions.

Many people ask me what proteins are most appropriate for hair growth. People with hair loss often turn to protein and amino acid supplements as part of their treatment regime. Although it is rare for a lack of protein to be a primary cause of hair loss, there is no harm in taking extra protein or amino acid supplements if you wish for your hair growth. If you take a blood test your serum total protein should be between 60–80 grams per liter. Less than this suggests a problem with protein intake.
And you may take some of the protein supplements now available as either as powder protein supplements or liquid protein supplements. Soya bean protein is considered good for hair growth but take care not to take it in excess other wise it can have some negative affect.

But out of which some of the amino acids cannot be synthesized by the body and are therefore are required to be taken as dietary amino acid supplements if you wish to take them to stimulate your hair growth. The amino acids: Phenylalanine, Valine, Tryptophan, Threonine, Isoleucine, Methionine, Histidine Arginine, Lysine Leucine are considered to be essential amino acids. But the distinction between essential and non-essential amino acids is not very clear, as some amino acids can be produced from others. For example the sulfur containing amino acids, methionine and homocysteine can be converted into each other but neither can be synthesized de novo in humans. Likewise, cysteine can be synthesized from homocysteine, but not otherwise. So, for convenience, sulfur-containing amino acids are sometimes considered a single pool of nutritionally-equivalent amino acids.

Benefits of amino acids
A lack of amino acids in a first world country diet is very unusual and for the most part supplements are not required. However, everyone should ensure they have a healthy, balanced diet that provides all the amino acids required. There are many amino acids, but the nine amino acids which are known as essential amino acids must be provided in the diet and are indispensable amino acids which are required for both hair and other functions of the body. The body can make the other 11 amino acids needed to synthesize specific structures from the nine essential amino acids and carbohydrate precursors.

Protein supplements
Proteins from animal sources, such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, and yogurt, provide all nine indispensable amino acids in adequate amounts and for this reason are considered “complete proteins”. Proteins from plants, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, and vegetables tend to be deficient in one or more of the indispensable amino acids and are called ‘incomplete proteins’. Vegetarian and vegan diets may contain enough protein, but people following these diets may not be receiving all the essential amino acids if they do not pay attention to the type of protein they eat. Vegan diets adequate in total protein content can be “complete” by combining sources of incomplete proteins which lack different indispensable amino acids.

Amino acid function for hair
In terms of hair fiber production, the most important amino acid is cysteine. Cysteine is the most common amino acid in hair. It is particularly important because it contains sulfur molecules. As part of a keratin protein chain, these sulfur molecules cross link with each other to produce disulfide bonds. These chemical bonds are what gives hair its strength. For this reason the most popular amino acid supplement taken for hair is cysteine.

Besides the proteins, nutritional diet vitamin supplements and safe herbal supplements are the best diet supplements for hair growth.

Hair Genesis is the first botanically derived treatment designed to arrest pattern hair loss in both men and women. HairGenesis has been successfully tested in controlled and blinded research, demonstrating safety and efficacy.
Mostly Hair Genesis for Hair Loss Treatment products are based on herbal and botanical nutritional substances from on-going clinical research and product usage testing. These botanicals have been shown to interfere with key hormonal processes (DHT) implicated in the onset and progression of pattern hair loss in both men and women.

Actually Hair Genesis is not a cure. Male and female pattern hair loss presents primarily as a qualitative change. Meaning that each affected hair becomes progressively thinner over time. Hair Genesis works by allowing the hair follicle (the factory that produces the hair) to produce a healthier product. The theory being if you have ten hairs that are twice as thick, it is as good as having twenty hairs.

Both male and female pattern hair loss disorders are believed to result from the hormonal conversion of testosterone to a substance known as DHT (dihydrotestosterone). A key step in this process is the conversion of testosterone to DHT via the enzyme 5 alpha reductase. Reduced form DHT binds to specific cellular points within susceptible hair follicles known as androgen receptor sites. This binding causes changes in the morphology (growth pattern) of the hair. The follicle and accompanying structures begin a process of miniaturization. The hair shrinks in diameter. In short, the scalp has more skin showing and less hair. Hair Genesis stops this process from occurring by blocking several key points in this metabolic process.

When taken as directed, Hair Genesis won’t hurt your hair. Among other indications, the substances found in Hair Genesis have a long history of clinical use in the treatment of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia), another disorder associated with DHT metabolism. These substances have proven themselves very safe in the treatment of this disorder.
